Python 3.4.2 + PyQt4 + PyCharm 3.4.1

Resolved, kinda. Just use PySide instead of PyQt.

Remove everything PyQt related from PyCharm and install PySide using the
PyCharm plugins window.

PySide has access to all modules and packages that PyQt has, but now you
need to import like "from PySide.<**> import *".
