Loading a module from a subdirectory

VideoPlayerSimulator is a package; its *parent* directory has to be in 
sys.path:
     ['C:\\PythonCode', ...]

This is *not* expected; perhaps C:\PythonCode is the current working 
directory and thus accidentally made it into sys.path as ''.
