Keep one GUI always on TOP while python code is running

Um... Ok

Now I seem to remember this same questioner (??) asking a few months ago
about:

I have an excel program running for 20 minutes and I want to lock 
the machine or something like that

And you proscribing similarly then :-)

Yeah 'On top' can be useful. 'Modal' is a PITA.
