Tryign to send mail via a python script by using the local MTA

Τhis si the headers i would like to delete because i dont want them to 
be used when sending mail:

with any abuse report
X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - my.superhost.gr
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - superhost.gr
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [500 501] / [47 12]
X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - mail.org
X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: my.superhost.gr: authenticated_id: nikos/only 
user confirmed/virtual account not confirmed

Can these be remoevd when i send mail?
