xlutils 1.6.0 released!

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of xlutils 1.6.0:

This release features shiny new Sphinx-based documentation:

It also has some changes that make xlutils compatible with the upcoming 
xlrd 0.9.1 release.
