Using pipe_controller to swap pipe components at runtime

I added a couple of methods / functions to my pipe_controller Python module, the Python tool to experiment with pipelined functions within a program.

With these additions, it is now possible to swap the components of a pipe_controller 'pipe' programmatically, at runtime (*), and then run the pipe again (all within the same program), with differing results (from before and after the swap).

(*) Instead of having to edit the source code to change the order in which the functions in the pipe are called, that change of order can be done programmatically, via a swap_processors() method.
