Testers please for CodeInvestigator

I have released version 3 of CodeInvestigator.

It is a web-application that allows you to visualize the flow of data through your program.
It is intended as a way to easily learn about how your program does its thing.

Softoxi has done a review of the previous version:

I would be interested in bugs and things that you think should be included.
The 'wouldn't it be nice if ...' features.
