yes  i  run  python3,how to install  flask  in  python3?

The syntax of this line:

print "Audit requires PyFlakes installed in your system."

tells me that it's written for Python 2, but this:

/usr/local/lib/python3.2

tells me that you're using Python 3.

In Python 2, "print" is a statement; in Python 3 it's a function.
