Since this is apparently a 3rd-party library
(http://pypi.python.org/pypi/ConcurrentLogHandler/ ), have you tried
asking the maintainer? (Who is evidently Lowell Alleman <lowell87
at_sign gmail period com>.) Could very well be a bug.
