The regex is:

     ^/hello(?:/(?:[a-z]+/?)?)$

Its meaning is:

     start of string
     characters "/hello"
     optional:
         character "/"
         optional:
             one or more:
                 one of:
                     "a" .. "z"
             optional:
                 character "/"
     end of string

If it's not what you want, you need to be more specific.
