OOP only in modules

I have some troubles understanding what you mean.
Can you write an example of code that it's for you annoying and how
would you like to write instead?

About the OO criticism, if they make sense, they don't really apply to
python, but more to languages like java.

Python gives you enough freedom to be procedural or functional.
