Please don't top post (it makes it difficult to understand what you're
replying to, and is thus considered bad style) and, most of all
NEVER, EVER, reply to digests like this. Subscribe to the list properly
or use USENET, and reply to the message you're replying to, so that we
get useful threading. If, for some reason, you really had to reply to
digest mails, the please quote ONLY what you're replying to, and change
the subject line!
