Problems with threaded Hotkey application

A window comes up saying "hotkeyapp has stopped working."  How do I get in there to "move the RegisterHotKey line to within the thread's run method," etc.? Im trying to do this myself and not pay Acer tech support. Thanks, Anita Whitney
