Actually, check first at

http://docs.python.org/dev/py3k/     for 3.2a
http://docs.python.org/dev/          for 2.7a

These are updated often, perhaps nightly.
Then file if you still think a change is needed.

For small changes, a specific suggested rewording is sufficient.

"Change 'tihs' to 'this'."

"Between 'Sentence 1' and 'sentence 2', I suggest adding 'sentence 3'."

The doc maintainers are happy to do the rst formatting themselves.
