Problem on pylab - matplotlib_examples_0.98.3

Hello,

I meet some problems on pylab (matplotlib_examples_0.98.3).

I could not get valuable information from api document.

Any help is appreciated. Or is there any other convenient library for making
charts. Thanks a lot.

1, It's ok to draw table chart with enclosed file.
 
2. The problem is - the position is wrong if I try to add plot on this chart
- (un-comment the part in the end)
