Improving interpreter startup speed

$ time python3.0 -c "pass"

real    0m0.063s
user    0m0.048s
sys     0m0.004s

And yes I agree. the CPython interpreter startup times is
a stupid thing to be worrying about, especially since that
is never the bottleneck.

Python loads plenty fast enough!
