Location and size of a frame

I'm disliking the size of my frame and
also i'm disappointed regarding it's 
location. So, i wish to change them.

the frame object is discussed but as
far i can tell, there are only 
suggestions regarding what to put in
the constructor.

So, how/where do i check how to 
affect the location and size?

I'm guessing it has to do with 
"location", "width" and "heinght"
but i didn't  make it work.
