how to combine 2 program?

i am a newbe in pyhton.
i am using "Twisted Network Programming Essentials By Abe Fettig" as my
tutorial. in that tutorial, i found 2 example, IMAPDOWNLOAD.py and 
requesthandler.py

my problem is how to combine those program become one program, so that i
can input the imapdownload inputs via web?
