framework for web-based data visualization

Hi,

I would like to hear peoples opinion on different frameworks available
(django, turbogears, pylon ...) that can provide a quick start into building
web applications with the following features:

- Server-side scripting
- Connection to MySQL
- Ease for large data-sets store in memory (potentially to pass it to
different functions for number crunching at different without accessing the
data base everytime)
- Data visualization (scatterplots, histograms and more complex charts...)
