Thanks for the info, for the curious I found some docs on how to use
it (pretty simple):

and the code is in the CVS under "4Suite/Ft/Lib/Uri.py"

The license is similar to the Apache license, so it is pretty
liberal :-)

I'd like to see this in the Python Lib :-)
