dictionary and list

 i need to do with dictionary like this : c[d,e,d+1] =
A_16_P03641972[150,-44,16]
my script:d = {}
fh = open('final_lenght_probe_span','r')
for line in fh.readlines():
        data = line.strip().split('\t')
        probe_id = data[2].strip()
        span = data[3].strip()
        length = data[4].strip()
        d[probe_id ] = []
        d[probe_id] = [span,length,span[0+1]]
for key in d.keys():
        print key ,d[key]
I donot end with this result how do i do....
