why doesn't have this list a "reply-to" ?

I use GMane because I can always get to it whereas I can only connect to my
ISP's when I'm on my ISP's network. Actually, I haven't checked if my current
ISP even has USENET, but the one I was using before I switched to GMane was like
this.
