change of random state when pyc created??

I have documented this behavior
 on two completely different systems
(Win 2000 and Win XP SP2), using Python 2.5.1.

It two modules where this happens,
as described before.
If it should not happen, there is a bug.
I am looking for potential explanation,
since I realize that finding bugs is unlikely.
