One the big concerns seems to be a hypothesized
negative impact on code sharing. Nobody has considered
the positive impact resulting from making Python
more accessible to non-English speakers, some of
whom will go on to become wiling and able to contribute
open "English python" code to the community. This
positive impact may well outweigh the negative.
