How To Greatly Increase Your Calling Area ... [prtkb]

Hello I just bought a new V3 razor phone and I have t-mobile, but didn't buy it through t-mobile, thing is I get good reception everywhere but in my house.  It says emergency only and I have problems sending a txt message.  Will this product actually work for that and increase mt reception?
