For 2.0 it's on
http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.0/new-python.htm
For later ones, it's on
http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.5/NEWS.txt (replacing 2.5 as
desired)
You can use google with site:www.python.org (or the Search box in the
Python web) to locate them.
