Wireless Card Data on Windows?

Hello,

 

I’m looking for a Python library that can return data about wireless
networks. In particular, I’m looking for signal quality, noise, etc. 

 

I’ve found:

HYPERLINK

But it’s only for Linux. Is there anything I can use to get this info on
Windows Xp?
