save gb-2312 web page in a .html file

I "view sourced" the original web page in IE7, and it does specify:

<meta http-equiv="MSThemeCompatible" content="Yes">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=gb2312">

So sounds like the encoding is gb2312...
