Announcing SkimpyGimpy Support for PNG image
CAPTCHA generation and PNG canvases.

You can now use SkimpyGimpy to generate
CAPTCHA text representations as PNG image files
in addition to preformatted text ASCII art, and
WAVE format audio streams, either from command
lines or within Python programs.

Also general support for drawing text and
graphics as PNG image files is available via a

Background Information:

Skimpy is a tool for generating HTML visual,
PNG visual, and WAVE audio representations for
strings which people can understand but which
web robots and other computer programs will
have difficulty understanding. Skimpy is an
example of a Captcha: an acronym for "Completely
Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers
and Humans Apart".
