How to be a good programmers?

Not sure what you mean about Google and "being in the group", but
Google doesn't use Zope AFAICT - and I'd rather not start learning
Python with Zope anyway. Why not learning the language first ? This
won't make you a "good programmer", but that's where I'd start anyway...
