Didn't you heard of that big keyboards?

12 meter x 2 meter wide I think.... you need a long
stick (maybe if you play golf, that can help).

The you have all UTF-8 characters there, that's fine,
but typing needs some time.
But it's good, because when ready with typing your email,
it's not necessary to go to sports after work. So your boss
can insist that you longer stay at work.
