Python CGI not working in Firefox but does in IE

this snippet works (from code I wrote to implement a shoutbox):

print '''<html>
<head>
	<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL='''+HOME+'''" />
</head>
<body>
<p>Please wait...</p>
</body>
</html>'''

I assume your version doesn't work because of the uppercase 'R'.
