wxStyledTextCtrl - Dead?

The wxPython Demo
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/wxpython/wxPython-demo-2.6.3.2.tar.gz)
still contains the wxStyledTextCtrl:

wx.stc.StyledTextCtrl

The demo is probably also a good example of how to use
wxStyledTextCtrl.
