I'm sure you'll get five different answers.

Personally, I say the 'wx' bit as 'wooks' (like 'books' in Southern
England pronunciation, ie. short 'oo').

Qt --> 'cute'

Tk --> 'tick'

Gtk --> I can't write this one down...
