installer for amd64 build of python?

Thanks, looking at their site I can't find a Platform SDK for XP... am
I looking for the Windows 2003 Server SDK...?  Seems counter-intuitive
if so, but it does mention you can build 32 and 64-bit apps with it, I
just assumed they would be uh, for Windows Server.
