Best IDE

If money is not an issue, what are the best options for a "Professional" 
IDE for Python that includes all the normal stuff PLUS a GUI Builder?? 

Its an open ended question but I need some opinions from those that have 
actually used some stuff. This is for a business producing in house 
programs for use within only.
