I'm not interested in installing from non-source.  If I wanted to do
that, I'd buy a Macintosh instead of dealing with Linux.

I'm sure I could have gotten it to work with sufficient time spent and
teeth gnashing, but I just didn't care enough, and had more important
things to do.
