pythonnt_rc_d.h is missed when building python from source ?

I download the source code of Python-2.3.4 from python.org. But I can't build python from source under Win2000. The compiler complained that there is no pythonnt_rc_d.h file which is included in Python-2.3.4\PC\python_nt.rc.

Who knows the reason ?
