ActivePython 2.3.5.236 and ActivePython 2.4.0.244 are available

ActivePython-2.4.0-243-win32-ix86.msi : 29M
ActivePython-2.4.0-244-win32-ix86.msi : 18M
What make so much difference of the size of them, which distinct  monir
version number for 1 only.
Any explaination?
