Python IDE like NetBeans/Delphi IDE

Check those:
Eclipse + pydev plugin (free, stable, good integration with SVN plugin,
pylint, debugger, refactoring)
PythonWin (free, stable, fast, good debugger)
WingIDE (commercial, slower than PythonWin but has many features)
