module MySQLdb is missing in python 2.3.3

Dear All,

   I am using python 2.3.3 version.  If I try to
import MySQLdb.  Here I found " the following
error"
importError: No module named MySQLdb.

So what I need to do for this ?.  How I need to
install this MySQLdbo.
