Anyone seen this app

Can someone help me locate an open source product that I saw ?  -- written 
with wxPython I think.

This is driving me nuts, I'm not sure if I saw a link to it from Planet 
Python, or Python City, or what

What it is:  A pretty ambitious and large code depository where you store 
code you personally re-use and don't want to waste time writing over and 
over.
 I really thought I set a bookmark to it's project page, but I guess I 
didn't.

If you are familiar with it, please mention it.  I don't see mention of it 
in python.announce.
