Problem with the readline library for Win32

Hello all,

Sorry to post it here, but I searched the sourceforge site for a
proper list and could not find any. I'm having a few issues with the
Gary Bishop's readline package for Win32; the main one is that
accented characters do not work as expected. I would like to know if
anyone else experienced this problems, and also if there is a better
forum to post this question.
