What's the issue with adding multiple dispatch to Python, then?

Guido-doesn't-want-it,
Technically-impractical-given-Python-as-it-is-today,
If-you-need-it,-it's-easy-enough-to-use-a-library,
Not-enough-interest-to-justify-effort,
or Something-else?
