ANN: Snakelets 1.37 (simple-to-use web app server with dynamic pages)

I'm happy to say that Snakelets 1.37 is available.

This is mainly bug-fix release of my simple-to-use Python
web application server (no WSGI yet ;-)

1.37 contains two important security fixes regarding
user authorization and url-hacking. And a bunch of other
improvements (such as a redesigned manual).
