M.E., Good ideas. I'm using PIL, it's great, and getting better. I don't know anything about wxPython other than it comes highly recommended. I really like the html based approach. Could you give me (or point me to) a brief description of how wxHTMLWindow works? Does it provide for selecting multiple items? (required for this app) Thanks, Kent
