Createprocessasuser

Dear all,

I am a beginner with python.

I want to write a program which likes "runas" in windows xp, I have 

found some examples in the Python newsgroup. I know I should use the 

"Createprocessasuser" win32api. I could found a part of example. I 

think I stupid so I do not know how to do that. 

Could anybody help me ? Could I find the whole example ?
