Just a thought: it would be more s-expr like if it just had the
"function"ish part inside the list in the normal prefix notation:

[T.html, 
 [T.head, 
  [T.title, 'Hello']],
 [T.body, [T.p, 'Welcome...]]]

In a way this seems slightly clearer (especially the , chars n/w ]
chars seem very suspicous to me.
