an example of DC OCILobWrite

Does anyone have an example of how the DCOracle driver from python does a 
blob write?

I haven't been able to find much of anything so far on this topic.  I did 
find out that the function might be called OCILobWrite.   But I would like 
to see an example so I can figure out how to make it work.
