*laugh* god I hope not. I would have had to father her by the time I
was 10.
That would be a seriously funny surprise to my wife and parents, "um
guys, I just found out that back when I was 10, I gave a girl my cooties."
In all seriousness though, I think that kids should learn some Assembly,
if only because it gets to be fun to reorganize cycle by cycle
execution. Maybe not at 13, but at least 2nd year of undergraduate CS
education.
